Omni Housing Development Company, LLC. has appointed Kevin Grinwis as project manager with the firm. In his new position, Grinwis will be oversee construction of low to moderate-income, multifamily and senior housing developments, starting with the $22 million South End project.
As project manager, Grinwis will supervise the engagement of consultants and experts, facilitate local approvals, and monitor the development process.
To expand Omni's development presence, Grinwis will identify and analyze potential sites, secure approved sites and identify financing sources.
Grinwis received a bachelor of arts degree from Skidmore College. He also received a master of Business Administration from Boston University Graduate School of Management.
Grinwis previously worked as a financial analyst in asset management for Equity Residential where he supported the evaluation and implementation of rehabilitation investment plans for $3 billion property portfolio. Equity Residential is one of the largest publicly traded owners, operators and developers of multifamily housing in the U.S. with nearly 160,000 apartments.
