O’Brien of M.C. O’Brien represents American Cancer Society, Inc. in two leases: 6,821 s/f total

Brooklyn, NY According to M.C. O’Brien, Inc. the firm has completed the signing of two leases on behalf of a long time client, The American Cancer Society, Inc. (ACS).  ACS will move into 3,500 s/f at 505 5th Ave., in the Park Slope neighborhood.

Occupancy is slated for 4th quarter of 2016.

“ACS hadsearched for an appropriate and affordable space for several months and this site met all the criteria including the landlord fitting the space out to the tenant’s specifications,” according to O’Brien.

In the second lease, ACS committed to 3,321 s/f of newly developed space in the Skyview Wellness Medical Condos located in the mixed use development off of College Point Blvd. in the Flushing section of Queens. O’Brien, SIOR represented the tenant.

Skyview Wellness has approximately 50,000 sq. ft. of Class A offices located in this newly constructed complex which totals over 750,000 s/f. The center  has 2,600 car parking, a retail component with an outstanding mix of  national and regional retailers and three hi-rise residential towers with 450 high end condominiums with unique amenities. Onex Real Estate Partners will deliver the tenant a new building installation in this unique urban mall, office complex and residential condominium development.
