O’Toole and Moore of Lee & Associates NYC represent landlord in 2,500 s/f lease to Farmacy Beauty

Manhattan, NY Catherine O’Toole, executive managing director/principal, and Stephanie Moore, senior director, of Lee & Associates NYC have negotiated a four-year, 2,500 s/f lease on the fifth floor of 552 Seventh Ave., between West 39th and 40th Sts for Farmacy Beauty.

“Natural beauty is very much on-trend right now and Farmacy Beauty is the embodiment of the move towards more natural products,” said O’Toole, who represented the landlord, Dayan-26, LLC. 

The tenant was represented by Robert Carinci of SquareFoot. Farmacy Beauty is relocating from another Garment District building.

As it is a naturally-derived skincare line, Farmacy sources organic ingredients from local farmers in New York and Pennsylvania and uses sustainable packaging. Their products are free of parabens, mineral oils, phthalates, formaldehyde donors and synthetic fragrances. As part of their commitment to the environment, Farmacy Beauty does not test on animals.
