O’Hara and Schachner of SVN | Realty Three Advisors lease 1,200 s/f; Haag of TRS acts for tenant, FNBLI

East Setauket, NY SVN | Realty Three Advisors LLC completed a 1,200 s/f lease at 234 Rte. 25A to The First National Bank of Long Island (FNBLI).  FNBLI signed a long term lease and is tracking toward a grand opening around Labor Day.

Lorraine O’Hara and Aric Schachner of SVN | Realty Three Advisors represented the landlord and Ray Haag of TRS represented the tenant.
