O'Brien of M. C. O'Brien negotiates three leases consisting of 13,918 s/f

M. C. O'Brien, Inc. has brokered three leases totaling 13,918 s/f. M. C. O'Brien represented the borough chapter of the American Cancer Society (ACS) in a long-term lease of 8,000 s/f at the Union Temple on 17 Eastern Pwy. The tenant was previously located in the DUMBO section. William O'Brien, SIOR, was the sole broker in this long-term lease. M. C. O'Brien also signed two leases in the Sheepshead Bay section. In the first lease, M. C. O'Brien represented New York Achievement, (NYA), the designated franchisee for Sylvan Learning for most of the metro area for 2,500 s/f of ground floor retail space in a new condo building on East 17th St. O'Brien represented Sylvan and the landlord was represented by Allan Profetta of Premier Properties. M. C. O'Brien additionally represented Ridgewood Savings Bank in a new free standing building of 3,418 s/f at 2524 East 17th off the corner of Ave. Y. Ridgewood will join a newly developed Petco. This is the sixth transaction on behalf of Ridgewood by M. C. O'Brien. O'Brien represented Ridgewood while the landlord was represented by Richard Senior of Ripco.
