Michael O'Brien, III, SIOR, CEO of M. C. O'Brien, Inc. has completed the lease of 23,700 s/f at 808 Alabama Ave. in the Fairfield Industrial Park a/k/a Spring Creek.
A long-term agreement was reached with Shindler Fish Company for the warehousing of frozen seafood. The company is doing substantial renovation work which is to include installation of state of the art, energy efficient, freezers and coolers. Shindler was able to take advantage of a series of business incentives due to the premises being in the NYS designated Empire Zone.
