O’Brien and Peters of M.C. O’Brien negotiate two sales in Brooklyn totaling $7.7 million

 

 

Brooklyn, NY M.C. O’Brien, Inc. completed the sale of two properties:  

The first site, at 921 Hegeman Ave. in the East New York area, is a two story building with a roof top play area of 5,000 s/f, originally constructed by the seller in the 1970s. The property is occupied by a regional day care provider and benefits from nine classrooms, extensive natural light, central AC and a commercial kitchen.

The second site at 103-15 Farragut Rd. in the Canarsie neighborhood was also constructed by the seller on a ground lease in the 1970s.  This property is also a two-story building with a senior center on the first floor and a day care center on the second floor with roof top play area of 5,000 s/f.  The site has long term leases in place and benefits from a new elevator, two commercial kitchens, new windows and all new interior finishes.

M.C. O’Brien, Inc. secured all cash buyers for each of the buildings, aggregate sale price was $7.7 million.
