3019 Mermaid Avenue - Brooklyn, NY

The first transaction was for 2,550 s/f at 3019 Mermaid Ave. in Coney Island. A multi-unit fast-food operator has opened a dual concept, Popeye’s and Gyro QiLa. The site is a strip center developed by PRD Realty. Co-Tenants include Dunkin Donuts, Rite Aid, and Met Food.

730 Broadway - Brooklyn, NY

The second transaction is an inline location of 1,600 s/f at 730 Broadway in the Williamsburg neighborhood. Another multi-unit fast food operation will develop a Texas Chicken and Burger at this location, near the intersection of Graham and Flushing Aves. Other tenants in the immediate area include Chase Bank, Models, Planet Fitness, H & R Block, Burger King, Sbarro’s
