NYSCAR WNY chapter to hold 10th annual awards dinner and installation of officers

The Western New York Chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of REALTORS (NYSCAR) will hold its tenth annual awards dinner and installation of officers' ceremony February 10, at the Buffalo Yacht Club. The swearing-in ceremony of new officers will be followed by the presentation of several awards. Sponsorships are still available and Reservations may be made at a cost of $75 each for members and $85 for non-members. Awards will be given for Lifetime Achievement, Meritorious Service and for the Largest Broker Assisted Lease and Sale Transactions of 2010. The 2011 recipient for the Lifetime Achievement Award will be Peter Hunt of Hunt Real Estate. This year's Meritorious Service Award recipient will be the Peter Cammarata, president of Buffalo Urban Development Corp.. In addition, we are going to have a special presentation for three individuals who were responsible initiating this awards dinner some 10 years ago; Wendy and David Dworkin from Rochester NYSCAR and Gerald Kelly of Kelly Capital Corp Also attached is a nomination form for REALTORS to submit their largest sale and lease transactions for 2010.
