NYREJ presents "New York Making A Big Comeback"

New York, NY The New York and New England Real Estate Journals (NEREJ / NYREJ) is presenting a panel discussion, "New York Making A Big Comeback."

Moderators of the 10:30 AM panel are Rick Kaplan, host of the NEREJ / NYREJ Podcasts, and Bill Weidner, host of Realty Speak Podcast. The discussion will include asking the panel about the recent growth In the State of New York while the pandemic has become the new normal; as well as the challenges New York State has seen in construction, infrastructure, and new developments since the pandemic began. Some towns and cities in the state have seen growth and opportunities for new development and redevelopment while others still struggle. 

Speaking on the 10:00 AM panel are:

  • Michael Sahn, managing member of Sahn Ward 
  • Bob Knakal, chairman New York investment sales at JLL,
  • Melissa Roman Burch, executive general manager, at Lendlease.   

Virtual Networking will be at the end of the panel 11 AM with a 30 minute virtual networking inviting all attendees to join with their video and audio if they wish to participate.
