NYC Real Estate Expo to be held October 24th

Manhattan, NY The 11th Annual New York City Real Estate Expo is set for October 24th, at the New York Hilton Midtown Hotel. The event will feature panel discussions, education opportunities and exhibits.

Expo founder/director Anthony Kazazis expects that this session will attract a standing room crowd as panelists focus on ‘The Technological Revolution changing the face of New York real estate.’ He said, ”In order to stay ahead of the competition, every firm must focus  on and invest in upgrading their technology. Young millennial’s are on board and leading the charge.”

An annual highlight of the city’s business calendar, the day-long NYCRE Expo attracts over 5,000 attendees, bringing together top commercial and residential real estate pros as well as everyone who deals with them–or wants to–including builders, architects, contractors, telecommunications and maintenance experts, investors, bankers, insurers, utilities and many more.

Moderator for the Technology panel is Vince Rocco, licensed associate real estate broker at the Village office of Halstead Manhattan Real Estate, LLC. He has appeared on HGTV’s House Hunters, DIY Network’s Sweat Equity and in publications such as the New York Times, New York Post and New York Magazine. He is radio talk show host on “Good Morning New York, Real Estate with Vince Rocco.”
