NRDC leases 13,500 s/f to Old Navy at Orange Plaza

National Realty & Development Corp., (NRDC), revealed that Old Navy occupying 13,500 s/f has opened at Orange Plaza. Orange Plaza is an 815,000 s/f power-center located at 444 New York 211 at the intersection of Rte. 211 East & Rte. 17. "Old Navy, one of the largest apparel retailers in North America, supports our objective to provide a tenant mix that enhances the shopping experience at Orange Plaza" said Dovid Spector, director retail leasing, NRDC. "Orange Plaza is a dynamic regional power-center and we are confident that Old Navy will be successful their new location." Orange Plaza is anchored by Walmart Supercenter, Kohl's Department Store, Burlington Coat Factory, Marshalls, Bed Bath & Beyond, and The Home Depot. The shopping center draws shoppers from a 25-mile regional trade area inclusive of the Hudson Valley, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
