North Bridge ESG engages Rosato as vice president

Manhattan, NY Ernie Rosato has joined North Bridge ESG LLC (North Bridge), a provider of real estate credit solutions, as vice president. With a background in commercial real estate finance and structured lending, Rosato will play a role in advancing North Bridge’s investment strategies and expanding its lending portfolio.

In his new position, Rosato will focus on originating and structuring C-PACE financing solutions, building partnerships, and driving innovative lending strategies to meet the evolving needs of property investors, owners, and developers.

Rosato joins North Bridge from Related Fund Management, where he served as an associate, reporting directly to the head of credit. In this role, he underwrote and closed over $732 million in commercial real estate transactions across various asset classes. His expertise spans the full loan cycle, from preliminary analysis and underwriting to closing, asset management, and fund strategy development.

Prior to Related Fund Management, Rosato held roles at Benefit Street Partners, Wedbush Securities, and Sterne Agee CRT, specializing in commercial real estate lending, investment banking, and financial analysis.

Rosato holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economic History from the University of Pennsylvania.
