Norman Bobrow & Co. named a top CRE brokerage business in Manhattan by “Best of Manhattan Awards”

Manhattan, NY Norman Bobrow & Co., one of the city’s largest independently owned tenant-focused commercial real estate brokerages, was named a top commercial real estate brokerage company by “Best of Manhattan Awards.”

Each year, in and around the Manhattan area, the Manhattan Award Program chooses the best local businesses that have demonstrated their ability to grow their company in spite of difficult economic times. The companies chosen exemplify the best of small business; often leading through customer service and community involvement.

“We are honored to receive this recognition, “ said Norman Bobrow & Co.’s founder Norman Bobrow, who credits his dedicated and talented team of employees who have helped grow and build the company, founded 40 years ago, into one of the city’s top tenant-rep commercial brokerage firms.

Today the firm’s office is on Madison Ave., where Bobrow & Co. represents clients/businesses looking to lease, sublease, or move office, showroom, retail, or manufacturing space.

“We fight hard every day to help our clients secure the best deal possible in this ever-changing city,” said Bobrow, who since the COVID-19 pandemic has worked tirelessly to negotiate the best deal for clients looking to renew, downsize or sublease space in today’s challenging office market. “We have helped many of our clients stay in business by saving hundreds of thousands of dollars on new office space, post pandemic and we are very proud of that,” said Bobrow. “Anything we can do during these difficult times to help businesses survive and bring Manhattan and NYC back is our top priority.”
