NKF Retail leases 7,000 s/f at 116 W. 14th St. for Staples Express
Newmark Knight Frank Retail, has leased 116 West 14th St., between Sixth and Seventh Aves., to Staples Express. The expanding copy and print center, which is a smaller version of the traditional Staples stores, will occupy 4,500 s/f on the ground floor, with an additional 2,500 s/f on the lower level.
Jeffrey Roseman, executive vice president, and Stu Morden, managing director at Newmark Knight Frank Retail represented the Landlord, Zuberry Development Corp., while Northwest Atlantic Realty represented Staples Express.
"We are very pleased to have been able to get a quality tenant like Staples for our client," said Roseman. "We are convinced they will be a great service to the neighborhood and be a fixture here for a long time."
