Nicholson of Island Associates leases 1,500 s/f to CPS Consultants

Chris Nicholson of Island Associates recently completed a 1,500 s/f lease of office space at 490 Wheeler Rd. to CPS Consultants. CPS was in growth stage and wanted to maintain their smaller existing office within the newly renovated building. Nicholson leased out the space as soon as it became available. Aggregate rental income exceeds $300,000. Nicholson worked on behalf of tenant and landlord.
