Nicholas of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represents seller in $1.4 million sale of 336 Meeker Avenue, Brooklyn

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged the sale of a 6,100 s/f property at 336 Meeker Ave. in the Williamsburg section for $1.4 million. according to Neil Dolgin, co-president of the firm. Joseph Nicholas of KDA represented the seller, Frost Collision Body Shop/Michael Curcio, while Bill Chang of KDA assisted the buyer, Chun Hong Tang. KDA also helped the buyer to obtain financing. The new owner will relocate his stainless steel fabrication to 336 Meeker Ave. The one-story industrial warehouse at 336 Meeker Ave. sits on the corner of Leonard Street and is zoned M1-2/R6/MX8. 336 Meeker Ave. is conveniently located off of the Brooklyn Queens Expressway and is a few short blocks from the L subway line.
