NIAF to hold 4th Annual Golf Tournament August 11

On August 11, The National Italian American Foundation (NIAF) will host its 4th Annual Golf Tournament to promote membership to its foundation at the Rockland Country Club located at 380 Rte. 9. Funds raised at the event benefit NIAF scholarship and education programs. Each year the event has been attended by celebrity guests such as Yogi Berra. Supporters are treated to food and music with singers such as Roberto Iarussi who opened dinner last year with the Italian and American National Anthems. There is also a special treat at the cocktail reception with "Songs from Sinatra" performed by Steve Maglio.
