Newmark Grubb Knight Frank completes two sales totaling $3.05 million; Perna reps landlord in 65,000 s/f lease

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank completed the following two sales transactions totaling $3.05 million. * 130 Eileen Way, a 30,000 s/f building purchased by Big Blue Products. Big Blue Products supplies computer parts for sales and service. The building sold for $1.75 million by DFG Realty. Ralph Perna and Richard Perna of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank were the sole brokers in the transaction. * 10 Acres on Sweeneydale Ave. in Bay Shore sold to the LandTek Group, Inc. for $1.3 million. LandTek is a premier installer and full service maintenance provider of artificial turf in the tri-state area. Ralph Perna and Richard Perna were the sole brokers in the transaction. * A 65,000 s/f lease to Select Product Holdings at 1 Arnold Dr., Huntington. Select Product Holdings is a select manufacturer of paper products. Ralph Perna represented the landlord and Anastasio Realty represented the tenant.
