Newman of Malkin represents landlord in 7,720 s/f lease

According to Jeffrey Newman, executive vice president of Malkin Properties, Pasternak Wine Imports expanded its occupancy by 35% at 500 Mamaroneck Ave. Newman is the building's marketing and managing agent. The tenant also extended its lease for eight years beyond its originally scheduled expiration in 2015. Pasternak Wine will relocate from its 5,598 s/f space on the fifth floor to 7,720 s/f on the 4th floor. Newman represented the landlord in the transaction along with senior leasing associate Kimberly Zaccagnino and leasing associate Tara Long. The tenant was represented by David Block of CBRE. Attorneys involved in the transaction included David Bleckner of David Bleckner, P.C. representing the landlord and Jack Platt representing the tenant.
