Newman and Zaccagnino of W&M Props. arranges 3,380 s/f at Ten Bank St. for Freshford Capital Mgmt.

Freshford Capital Management, LLC has leased 3,380 s/f on the sixth floor of W&M Properties' Ten Bank St., according to Jeffrey Newman, executive VP of W&M Properties, the marketing and managing agent for the building. The hedge fund will take immediate occupancy of the space for a term of five years. "Freshford Capital wanted an office building with a great reputation, and to take occupancy in a very short timeframe," said Paul Kauffman, executive director of Cushman & Wakefield. "W&M Properties made it happen. My client is extremely satisfied with Ten Bank St.'s location and amenities, and the fact that W&M went out of its way to speed up the negotiation process. We were able to conclude the transaction very quickly." W&M Construction will build out the space for the new tenant. Newman and W&M senior leasing associate Kim Zaccagnino represented the landlord. Kauffman and Matt Lisk, his Cushman & Wakefield colleague, represented the tenant.
