Nelson + Pope welcomes Bobby Walsh, LEED AP, as director of construction administration

Nelson + Pope welcomed construction administration professional Bobby Walsh, LEED AP, as N+P’s director of Construction Administration Department. Walsh has 25 years of New York Metropolitan Area experience in real estate development, construction administration and facility operations. Along with being LEED AP certified, he is actively involved in the Long Island Builders Institute, CoreNet and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Walsh brings a wide breadth of skills through many past experiences, such as managing the development operations for over 175 new TD/Commerce Bank locations as a VP, regional development services manager. “Bobby has a track record of successful construction projects he’s provided oversight for,” said senior partner Tom Lembo, “we’re excited for him to take our construction admin services to the next level.”

Walsh will be responsible for construction administration assistance, observation and reporting, and act as an Owner’s Representative for clients, prioritizing quality, communication and cost-effectiveness.
