NCB arranges $38m in financing for 27 New York area properties

According to Edward Howe III, managing director of the NCB N.Y. office, the bank originated $38 million in financing for 27 area properties. The financings included $22.2 million in mortgages and $16.4 million in lines of credit. NCB's senior VP Sheldon Gartenstein arranged a total of $10.7 million in loans. Howe arranged a total of $13.8 million in loans. NCB's senior VP Mindy Goldstein arranged a total of $14.1 million in loans.
