Nationwide Management welcomes Real Life Ninja Academy to 5,814 s/f at 625 West 55th St.; NKF is broker

Manhattan, NY Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) has brokered a new retail lease for Real Life Ninja Academy on behalf of landlord Nationwide Management Corp. The 5,814 s/f space at 625 West 55th St. marks the Academy’s first location in the borough.

NKF’s managing director Andrew Stern and director Ravi Idnani represented the landlord while Malorie Currier, principal partner of Page1Properties, represented the tenant. Charles Rich, and Lawrence Rose Esqs. of Rottenberg Lipman Rich, P.C. worked on behalf of ownership to secure the transaction.

Real Life Ninja Academy will be one of the first ninja warrior obstacle training facilities in the borough. Athletes of all ages and skill levels will learn how to analyze, approach, and conquer challenging obstacles at this training facility. The Academy is planning a grand opening this fall.

“We think once the city re-opens, people will be looking for new activities and Real Life Ninja Academy could be the perfect outlet,” said Stern. “The location is ideal because of its high ceilings, spacious layout and easy access.”

The Academy will feature obstacles that reflect those seen by millions on television. Real Life Ninja Academy is expected to attract children and adults from both New York City and the surrounding area. Ninja coaches and trainers will teach beginner and intermediate small group classes, as well as provide advanced one-on-one sessions to prepare athletes interested in competition.

Real Life Ninja Academy’s neighbors include Planet Fitness, Central Rock, Club Pilates, American Kennel Club, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Hudson Market, Landmark Theaters, Terminal 5 and John Jay College.
