Nassau and Suserman of Goldstein lease 25,350 s/f

The Goldstein Group has placed a 25,350 s/f Big Lots store at 571 Rte. 10, a shopping center. Curtis Nassau and Florian Suserman of The Goldstein Group represented the owner, Maral Realty Associates. Big Lots has more than 1,450 stores in 48 states. As North America's largest broadline closeout retailer, Big Lots offers consumers a wide range of bargain-priced merchandise. Big Lots joins Toys R Us and PM Pediatrics, along with Rte. 10 Farmers Market and Irving's Deli. "We are pleased to assist Big Lots in their expansion plans in placing this popular national discount store in their newest New Jersey location," said president Chuck Lanyard of The Goldstein Group. "We were able to assist Big Lots in finding an excellent location in this highly desirable area."
