Namdar Realty Group acquires free-standing Kroger building in Kentucky

Kentucky Joel Gorjian of Namdar Realty Group leads his group for the acquisition of the free-standing Kroger building. Kroger has three years remaining on their initial lease term with multiple option periods. "With vigorous sales figures at this location, we foresee Kroger's staying at this site long-term," said Gorjian. Gorjian and NRG focus on distressed commercial opportunities throughout the country. Specifically where the sellers are seeking a quick close but open to taking a haircut on pricing.
