NAI Platform completes a $434,800 sale and a 10,000 s/f lease

NAI Platform completed one sale totaling $434,800 and a 10,000 s/f lease. Jim Harder of NAI Platform completed the $434,800 sale of a 9,000 s/f industrially zoned building on 1052 Broadway to CMC-Kuhnke, Inc., manufacturer of metal can products. The new owners who were represented by Josh Wachs of IKON Realty will retain the current tenant in half of the building. Tyler Culberson of NAI Platform completed the five-year lease of 10,000 s/f of warehouse space on 20 Petra Ln. in Colonie to MKS Industries/Woodmode Cabinets. Culberson was able to present a variety of properties that met the narrow criteria. The landlord was represented by Paul Clark of Clark Realty.
