News: Brokerage

NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. continues to connect expanding businesses with spaces across N.J.

Edison, NJ NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. (NAIDB) has arranged a long term, 7,000 s/f showroom lease at 1796 Route 27 for Innovation Kitchen & Bathroom. The opening marks the Staten Island, N.Y. based company’s first showroom in New Jersey.

The lease was brokered by NAIDB executive vice president Marc Shein, who represented both the Landlord and the tenant in identifying and securing the prominent, located space. The new Edison showroom recently celebrated its grand opening, welcoming customers to explore an extensive selection of kitchen and bath cabinets, countertops, flooring and bathroom fixtures.

“This transaction reflects continued interest in the retail sector within central New Jersey,” said Shein. “Innovation Kitchen & Bathroom wanted a space that offered strong visibility and accessibility to both homeowners and contractors. Edison provided the perfect fit for their first expansion beyond their flagship location in Staten Island and into New Jersey.”

Innovation Kitchen & Bathroom operates four showrooms and a warehouse in Staten Island. According to Shein, this new location positions the company to reach a growing customer base throughout Middlesex County and beyond. The property’s prime frontage along Route 27 offers excellent exposure in a bustling retail and business corridor.

“This lease underscores NAIDB’s ongoing success in connecting businesses with strategic real estate solutions that support growth and long-term operational goals,” said Shein.
