Myers, Jandris and Hilding of IPA complete $15 million sale; rep private seller and procure buyer, PharMerica Corp.

New York, NY Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap Inc. specializing in serving institutional and major private real estate investors, arranged the sale of a privately owned pharmacy that serves five nursing facilities in Western New York State and one in Long Island. The sale price is $15 million. IPA’s Mark Myers, Josh Jandris and Charles Hilding represented the seller, a privately held regional business, and also procured the buyer, PharMerica Corp. J.D. Parker, the firm’s broker of record for New York, orchestrated the marketing and closing of this transaction. “The facilities served by the pharmacy are some of the best rated in the entire Northeast and the business has good prospects for further regional growth,” said Myers.
