* Technology Desking Inc. signed a lease for 6,100 s/f at 39 Broadway. The firm will occupy part of the 16th floor. Rick Doolittle, Wes Rudes and Mark Toubin of Murray Hill Properties represented the tenant. While Dan Ginsberg of The Lawrence Group represented ownership.
* Eclipse Group NY LLC signed a lease for 1,350 s/f at 485 Seventh Ave. The firm will occupy suite 1211. Michael Politi, Esther Zar, Jesse Rubens and James Tamborlane represented ownership. While Ronnie Zimmerman of Newmark Knight Frank and Jay Smith of Jay G. Smith Inc. represented the tenant.
