Murray Hill Properties (MHP) has brokered 10 leases totaling 79,462 s/f. The deals include the following: * Rick Doolittle and Wes Rudes of MHP brokered a 5,335 s/f lease for the entire 39th floor of 30 Broad St. Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant, EGR International. * Doolittle and Rudes brokered a 5,335 s/f lease for the entire 44th floor of 30 Broad St. The tenant, JB Green Developers, was represented by Jonathan Barry Associates * Doolittle and Rudes brokered a 5,335 s/f lease for the entire 45th floor of 30 Broad St. The tenant, 1Life Healthcare, was represented by Cresa Partners. * Doolittle and Rudes brokered a 13,700 s/f lease for the entire 11th floor of 30 Broad St. The tenant, Joseph Gunnar, was represented by Colliers International. * Doolitte, Rudes and A.J. Camhi of MHP brokered a 4,236 s/f lease at 1441 Broadway. The tenant, Platinum Properties, represented by CB Richard Ellis. * Doolittle, Rudes and Camhi brokered a 1,280 s/f lease at 1410 Broadway. The tenant, Good Choice NY, was represented by Gold Gate Realty. * Doolittle, Rudes and Camhi brokered a 1,395 s/f lease at 1410 Broadway. The tenant, EMD Group, Inc., was represented by Millennium. * Doolittle, Rudes and Camhi brokered an 8,620 s/f lease for the entire 25th floor of 1410 Broadway. The tenant, Mystique Apparel., was represented by Millennium Realty. * David Greene of MHP brokered a 23,149 s/f lease for the entire 9th floor of 1180 Avenue of the Americas. The tenant, Scripps, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. * Jesse Rubens and Esther Zar of MHP brokered an 11,077 s/f lease at 1412 Broadway. The tenant was Group JS International Ltd.
