Murphy of Summit Realty Management brokers $3.86 million sale; 30,000 s/f Clay Medical Center on Rte. 57

Summit Realty Management recently completed the following transactions: * A transaction involving 5793 Widewaters Parkway, located in Widewaters Office Park. The building is a fully occupied, 60,863 s/f class A office building. Jeffrey Foster, principal broker at Summit, represented the buyer in the transaction. Michael Finn and Bill Anninos of CBRE Syracuse represented the seller. The sale price was $3.125 million. Summit also negotiated the financing with NBT bank for the project. * Summit brokered the sale of Clay Medical Center. A 30,000 s/f medical office building on Rte. 57 in Clay. The sale price was $3.86 million. John Murphy, Jr., president of Summit, represented the investor and negotiated the transaction between the two parties as well as the financing with Wells Fargo. * Foster negotiated a five year lease for 2800 s/f on behalf of the owner of 6333 Rt 298 in E. Syracuse. Brian Balash, CCIM with Pyramid Brokerage Syracuse represented the tenant, Bankers Life and Casualty Insurance, in the transaction. * Foster negotiated a 10-year lease with Moe's Southwest Grill to occupy space in Auburn Plaza, Auburn. The lessor was represented by G A Group of King of Prussia, PA.
