Murphy of ERG Property Advisors completes $1.24 million sale of 2406-2408 Hoffman Street

Bronx, NY ERG Property Advisors arranged the sale of 2406-2408 Hoffman St. This mixed-use property consists of two retail storefronts and three apartments. It is located just off of East 187th St. The apartments and the building are in great condition. The property is a host to Fordham University’s main campus, St. Barnabas Hospital, The N.Y. Botanical Garden, The Bronx Zoo, and the historic Arthur Avenue shopping district.  It is prime location for off-campus student housing. The property was sold to a nearby developer for $1.24 million. Matthew Murphy represented the seller.
