According to Moore Corporate Real Estate, it has negotiated the sale of the office building located at 300 Buell Rd. The sales price was $412,500. The sale included a 9,600 s/f building is located on .75 acres. Most recently, the building was home to Kistler Incorporate before their move to a new location in the Elmgrove Crossing Business Park. The masonry building consists primarily of office space on the first level but there is also a small warehouse area along with a customer service area located on the walk-out, lower level. The buyer of the property is GMR Associates who currently lease space at the Cornerstone Centre. GMR Associates promotes and provides the highest caliber of employee benefit services and human resource support to business owners. Their primary focus is to enhance their clients' profitability by offering benefit programs, retirement plans, payroll services, tax-advantaged programs, third-party administration, and ongoing consulting. According to GMR president, Roger Gutheil, "the company has been experiencing significant growth and we needed addition office space. To continue to service our new clients, we have needed to hire additional personnel but we didn't have room for added employees." The search for a new office location was led by GMR CFO, Sandie Micha. "In purchasing the building at 300 Buell Rd., we were able to expand our office footprint as well as allow for growth in a cost effective manner," said Micha. GMR Associates closed on the purchase of the building recently and has completd some minor remodeling in the space to better accommodate their office requirements. The remodeling project has been handled by Turgeon Remodeling. The sellers were represented by Bob Moore of Moore Corporate. The buyers were represented by Paul Campbell of Moore Corporate.
