Moinian Grp. signs 50,449 s/f in leases throughout its Manhattan portfolio

The Moinian Group signed 50,449 s/f in new leases, lease renewals and expansions throughout their portfolio, according to Moinian Group VP & director of leasing Daniel Gohari and associate director Kimia Shadrokh. Broadband Enterprises signed a new 11,837 s/f lease on the 21st floor of 245 Fifth Ave. Seth Hecht of GVA Williams represented Broadband. Michael Dreizen and Andy Udis of Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) represented Moinian. STC Associates signed a new 8,865 s/f lease on the 24th floor at 245 Fifth Ave. Noel Flagg of Newmark Knight Frank represented STC Associates. Dreizen and Udis of NKF negotiated on behalf of Moinian. Fragrance Foundation signed a new 3,643 s/f lease at 535-545 Fifth Ave. on the 9th floor. Michael Dubin of MHP Commercial Brokerage represented Fragrance Foundation. Keith Caggiano and Sinclair Li of CBRE represented Moinian. Polsteam USA signed a new 2,200 s/f lease at 17 Battery Place South. Peter Sabeson of Hunters Realty Organization represented Polsteam USA. Adam Leshowitz and Jamie Jacobs of NKF negotiated on behalf of Moinian. YSC signed a new 7,906 s/f lease at 295 Madison Ave. on the 19th floor. Mitchell Konsker, Mitch Arkin, Mathew Astrachan and Mikael Nahmias of Cushman & Wakefield represented Moinian. Strawberry Frog signed a 15,000 s/f lease in a renewal and expansion on the 12th floor and penthouse level at 60 Madison Ave. Keith Cody of CBRE represented Strawberry Frog.
