Modern Spaces hosts "Celebrate LIC" to celebrate diversity and charm
The Long Island City brokerage, Modern Spaces, invited the New York community to celebrate the up and coming diversity and charm of the LIC neighborhood. Close to 400 guests including councilman Jimmy Van Bramer filled the spacious tower to celebrate the reasons why so many people love LIC. Eric Benaim, CEO of Modern Spaces and Long Island City resident, spoke about the rapid growth of the neighborhood before handing the microphone to the councilman.
"Eric Benaim is single-handedly responsible for transforming Long Island City, or should I say LIC," the councilman said, speaking of Benaim and Modern Space's dedication to the area.
