Susan Millham of Pyramid Brokerage Co. represented the seller, Boston Semiconductor Laser, Inc. and Maureen Wilson, CCIM, SIOR of Pyramid Brokerage Co. and Dennis Hennessy of COR Brokerage, Inc. represented the buyer.
The sales price was undisclosed.
