Miller of Winoker brokers 4,324 s/f office lease

Marc Miller, executive VP at Winoker Realty Co., has negotiated a 4,324 s/f lease at 555 Fifth Ave. on behalf of tenant TPLP Triumph Production, LP. TPLP will continue to occupy part of the building's 15th floor. The tenant was subleasing space from a law firm. As the term was coming due, Miller was engaged to serve as a tenant rep. He surveyed the market and began to negotiate new terms with Atco Properties, the building owner, who was represented in-house by John Lord. 555 Fifth Ave. is a 20-story, class A office building located on 46th St. and Fifth Ave. in the midtown office and business district. "We explored many different options for TPLP Triumph Production," said Miller. "Ultimately, it was the quality of building's ownership and the efficiency of the space at 555 Fifth Ave. that made the most sense for them."
