Michelman & Robinson signs 10 year lease at Fisher Brothers' 605 Third Ave.

New York, NY Fisher Brothers, a fourth-generation real estate company that owns, manages and operates spaces across the country, has signed Michelman & Robinson LLP, a leading law firm, to a 10-year lease for the 30th floor of 605 Third Ave. Currently located at 800 Third Ave., Michelman & Robinson will take over the new space in October 2022.

605 Third Ave. is located in Manhattan’s central business district, blocks away from Grand Central Terminal and the United Nations. The building features a completely renovated entrance, a fine marble lobby with public art. 

Earlier this year, Fisher Brothers and its amenity management affiliate, Ease Hospitality, will soon open their second physical location at 605 Third Ave. @Ease 605 will span more than 13,000 s/f on the seventh floor and feature communal break-out or pod meeting and conferencing space, a central lounge, two outdoor terraces, the second location of their Palm Rose Cafe, and technology woven throughout the space. @Ease 605 offers seamless integration throughout the venue through the @Ease Workplace app. Tenants can access @Ease 605 using touchless technology, book meeting rooms, and order meals from the cafe to their office all through the app. Ease Hospitality and Fisher Brothers opened the first amenity location in February 2021, @Ease 1345, at 1345 Ave/ of the Americas.
