Michael Rao and Frank Rao of NYCRG represented the landlord 425 Ardsley LLC and procured the tenant. NYCRG is a full-service commercial real estate brokerage company. They lease and sell commercial real estate, and consult for a range of clients including landlords, tenants, individuals, and institutions in the N.Y. area. NYCRG is licensed in N.Y. and is headquartered at 500 Mamaroneck Ave. in Harrison.
