* NYCRG represented the buyer Cerlee LLC in the "all cash" sale of 104 Corporate Park Dr., a 118,000 s/f class A office building. CBRE team of William Cuddy, Jr. and Timothy Donohue represented the seller GLIC Real Estate Holding, LLC.
* The Shade Store signed a long term lease for 14,000 s/f of retail space at 21 Abendroth Ave., Port Chester. NYCRG was the sole broker
* Manetsys Inc. signed a long-term lease for 1,200 s/f in office space at 56 Harrison St., New Rochelle. NYCRG was the sole broker.
NYCRG partners Michael Rao and Frank Rao closed 30 deals in 2011 consisting of over 450,000 s/f.
