Michael Rao and Frank Rao, owners of NYCRG, have closed six deals totaling 277,500 s/f. The deals include: * 800 Westchester Ave., Rye Brook: NYCRG represented the tenant, Estee Management Services, Inc., in a lease for 2,500 s/f of class A office space. The landlord RPW Group Inc. was represented by Larry Ruggieri and Glenn Walsh of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. * 3 Church St., New Rochelle: NYCRG was the sole broker in the $515,000 sale of the 5,000 s/f warehouse. * 500 Nepperhan Ave., Yonkers: NYCRG was the sole broker and represented the undisclosed tenant in a long-term warehouse lease for 10,000 s/f. The landlord is R.J. Rose Realty LLC. * 30 Saw Mill River Rd., Elmsford: NYCRG represents the purchaser Pasech Inc. at an undisclosed price for the 16,000 s/f flex building on two acres. The seller Tamara Real Estate, LLC was represented by Paul Kramer of Harbour Commercial Real Estate, Inc. * 102 Fairview Park Dr., Elmsford: NYCRG and Bill Anson of Anson Properties LTD, represented the seller Elmsford Associates LLC. The purchaser was represented by Star Commercial Realty & Greenwich Fine Properties. The property is a 70,000 s/f warehouse and sold for $3.2 million. * Bradley Corporate Park, Blauvelt: NYCRG represented the tenant, Tarrytown Honda, in a long-term land lease of 174,000 s/f. Anson represented the landlord, Bradley Corporate Park.
