Miceli of Largo arranges $6.65m for 107-unit multifamily property

Perry Miceli, account executive for Largo Real Estate Advisors, Inc., arranged first mortgage financing in the amount of $6.65 million for Union Sq., a multifamily property. Union Sq. is an age restricted apartment complex, which consists of three buildings, 107-units and 27 garages. The subject property is located at 2243 Union Rd. and sits on 5.68 acres, in a centralized location. Amenities include central air, in-house laundry, appliances and community activities. Miceli secured a 10-year fixed rate loan and 30-year amortization schedule for the borrower.
