Evan Metalios of RE/MAX Team in the Jackson Heights section was named the RE/MAX of New York, Inc. Broker/Owner of the Year. This award is given to one RE/MAX broker/owner who has demonstrated industry leadership and outstanding achievement. The award was presented at the Annual RE/MAX of New York Awards Banquet. Under Metalios' leadership, RE/MAX Team has flourished and has maintained a significant portion of the market share. "Evan is a dynamic leader who is dedicated to assisting his agents reach their maximum potential. He has a clear understanding of his market and knows what it takes to help others to be successful in real estate.
