• Scott Meshil of Royal Properties, Inc. represented an undisclosed buyer in the purchase of Dollar Tree Plaza at 7 Northern Dr. The asking price was $3.063 million. Trinity Realty Group represented the seller in this transaction. Dollar Tree Plaza is a 31,313 s/f shopping center anchored by a brand new Dollar Tree and Family Dollar. Other co-tenants include MetroPCS, Vito’s Italian Cafe, Lighthouse Liquor, a laundromat and a beverage center. This retail investment opportunity is 100% leased and is in the city’s Village of Lansingburgh. 

• Domino’s signed a 10-year lease for 1,589 s/f in Village Shoppes at 703 Rte. 9 in Fishkill. Meshil represented the landlord while Berkshire Hathaway represented the tenant in this transaction. Village Shoppes is a 11,240 s/f center with 60 on-site parking spaces, access from I-84 and visibility with 42,082 cars per day along Rte. 9 and 17,464 per day along Rte. 52. Co-tenants include Orange County Trust Co., AT&T and more. Neighboring retailers include Walmart, ShopRite, Home Depot, Sam’s Club, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Mattress Firm, and McDonalds.
