Scott Mertz, SIOR, VP, represented the seller, All Current Electric. Craig Nelson of Hart Corp. represented the buyer. The property is located in Camden at 1599 Admiral Wilson Blvd. The sale price is undisclosed. All Current Electric has multiple locations across the country. They sell heavy duty electrical supplies.
