Stephen Blake began his real estate career in 1980 in Toronto, Canada. Upon his move to Buffalo, Blake joined Comvest Consulting and is now a partner and the vice president of office/industrial properties for CB Richard Ellis - Buffalo. He came to Conley Associates with a strong financial background. He attended the SUNY at Cortland where he earned a bachelor of science degree in Economics. He is enrolled in the master's program at SUNY Albany.
