Meet the SIOR Upstate Members

Robert Schell, SIOR, is the president of Pyramid Brokerage Company in Buffalo. Schell specializes in commercial real estate sales, leasing and consulting services for national, regional and local companies. Schell graduated from Ithaca College in 1984 with a degree in Business Management. He started his real estate career as a leasing agent at Pioneer Group. He serves as the current president of the SIOR upstate New York chapter.Jeffrey LiPuma, CCIM, SIOR, is the managing partner for the CB Richard Ellis|Buffalo office, a affiliate office of CB Richard Ellis, Inc. Prior to establishing the Buffalo office he was a principal of Comvest Consulting, a WNY area commercial real estate brokerage firm. He is a current board member and past president of both NYSCAR and the NYS chapter of CCIM of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. He is also the past president of the Industrial Real Estate Council of Buffalo.
