Meet the BMAR Members - Schmelzer

Matthew Schmelzer is the executive VP of Tryax Realty Management, Inc. He is responsible for oversight of acquisitions, construction, and building management. He is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University, and received his MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at NYU. He serves on the board of directors of Rent Stabilization Association (RSA) and the Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP), is president-elect of the BMAR, and is 2nd VP of the Bronx Realty Advisory Board (BRAB).
