Meet the BMAR Member - Rosenberg

Robert Rosenberg is the chairman and CEO of Rosenberg Diamond Development Corp. Together with his partner of 30 years, David Diamond, he has built a portfolio consisting of several thousand multiple dwelling units throughout the Bronx and Westchester County as well as approximately half a million s/f of commercial warehouse/industrial space along the Palmetto Expressway in Miami, Fla. He began his career in 1961, managing multifamily residential properties, a licensed real estate broker formed Rosenberg Realties in 1967. In 1981, after building a portfolio of rental housing, and management organization, he collaborated with David Diamond and launched Rosenberg Diamond Development Corp..
